The Standard Shipping fee via Convenience Store Pickup is NT$70. Home Delivery fee is NT$80.
Japan、South Korea、Singapore、Indonesia、Thailand、Malaysia、Vietnam、Philippines、Hong Kong and Macau are eligible for free shipping on orders NT$1500+.
Other countries’ actual delivery cost of overseas orders will be shown on the checkout page and might change depending on the parcel’s weight.
Shipping will be arranged within 3 working days after the purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Overseas order(s) delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location processing time. If your order includes a pre-order item, they will be shipped to you once the pre-order item arrives.

Delivery time is 1 to 2 working days after the order has been shipped.
【7-11/Family Mart Convenience store in Taiwan】
Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days after the order has been shipped. You will receive a SMS notification once your order is ready to pick up.
※Offshore Islands delivery time is about 7 working days after your order is shipped. Actual estimated shipping time will vary depending on the sea surface condition and the climate.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to a seven day cooling-off period (excluding weekends and public holidays) when you buy a service at a distance.
If you would like to return, please contact our customer service staff within seven days from the day you received your order. Please include your name, email, contact number(s), order number(s), description of returned item, photo(s), and reason for return. The customer service staff will be of assistance upon receiving your documentation.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective. All returns or exchanges must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and should include all items in the original package.
You will not have a cooling-off period in these circumstances:
- Returning after the 7 day cooling-off period
- The returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts
- It is a malicious bulk return
- Returns and Refunds for personal reasons are not allowed twice
To make a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service
- Confirm Return Details (Please supply as much information as possible)
- Receive the Returned Good’s Shipping Number and Further Instructions on Returning the Item
- Ship your Return with the Original Packaging (all accessories, receipt, items)
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please contact Customer Service after this time if you have still not received your refund.
Payment by credit card: Once the returns have been received, refund due will be credited back to the card used for the order within 3 business days.
Other payment methods: Once the returns have been received, refund due will be credited back to the account you gave to customer service.
